PM Kisan All Installments Eligibility Criteria

  • Farmers who have an income of less than Rs 1.5 lakhs per annum.
  • Indian citizenship is compulsory, and the farmer should be more than 18 years of age.
  • The farmers should have a minimum of 2 hectares (4.9 acres) of land for cultivation in the records of the state and union territory.
  • The middle-class families are not eligible; only small and marginal farmers are eligible for this scheme.
  • The PM-Kisan scheme covers all farmer families, including those belonging to the categories of Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs). It applies to farmers from all states and union territories of India.
  • Farmers should have an Aadhar card to avail the benefits of PM Kisan all installments.
  • The bank account number is also required, and the account should be in the name of the farmer.

PM Kisan Registration Process

If you are eligible to receive the benefits of the PM Kisan Scheme and want to get registered, then you can do it in simple, easy steps. It is not so complicated.

There are two ways; either you can go to the nearest Common Service Centers (CSCs) and ask the operator to apply or visit the PM Kisan Portal. ( On the website, the Farmers have to enter a few details to proceed. You also have to provide your Aadhar card and bank account number there. Both these things are mandatory.

 After submitting the form, the government authorities will evaluate all the details provided, which will require a few days. When your application is approved, you will get a notification that you have been selected to receive benefits under this scheme.

PM Kisan All Installments Payment Distribution Schedule

The installments are released after every four months and are sent directly to the bank. In each installment, Rs 2000 is provided. In this way, a total of Rs 6000 are given to each farmer in a span of one year. The Period of Payments is given below;

  • First Installment: April-July
  • Second Installment: August-November
  • Third Installment: December-March

eKYC is the abbreviation of ‘Electronic Know Your Customer’. In current announcements, the government of India has made it compulsory for everyone to complete their eKYC. As it is less time-consuming and more efficient to validate everyone digitally, complete it as soon as possible.

PM Kisan’s next installment is the 15th one. The 14th installment was released recently on 27 july 2023. The PM Kisan 15th installment date is tentative right now, and it is expected that the funds will be transferred by the end of December.

The next installment, which is going to be released by the government of India, is the 15th one in chronological order. Its date of release is mandatory, which is 31st November 2023 (Expected).

Strict criteria are there to be eligible for this scheme which is listed above in the article. The main thing is that the farmer should be a citizen of India and should belong to a poor background.
